Terms

Mars Cats Voyage is a collection of digital artworks (NFTs) running on the Ethereum network. This website is only an interface allowing participants to exchange digital collectibles. Users are entirely responsible for the safety and management of their own private Ethereum wallets and validating all transactions and contracts generated by this website before approval. Furthermore, as the Mars Cats Voyage smart contract runs on the Ethereum network, there is no ability to undo, reverse, or restore any transactions.

This website and its connected services are provided “as is” and “as available” without a warranty of any kind. By using this website you are accepting sole responsibility for any and all transactions involving Mars Cats Voyage digital collectibles.

Definitions

Terms used in this Agreement with their initial letters capitalized have the meanings ascribed to them in this section or where they are elsewhere defined in this Agreement. As used in these Terms:

“Owner” means the holder of Mars Cats Voyage digital assets and the party using the website.
“Digital Assets” means Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs), digital collectibles that Owner has in their Ethereum wallet.
“Staking” is a technical solution usually designed to attribute rewards (typically a token) to Owners willing to “lock-up” their holdings.
“Staked NFTs” or “Staked Digital Assets” means the digital assets that the Owner has staked with the website.
“Staking Rewards” means the amount of $MLC that Owner gets in compensation for staking his digital assets using our website.

$MLC is an on-chain ERC-20 token. $MLC can be spent only for utilities across the MCV ecosystem. (Discontinued)

Mars Cats Ventures, LLC is a WY registered company creating infrastructural products and NFT collections including Mars Cats Voyage.

Ownership

i. You own the NFT. Each Mars Cat is an NFT on the Ethereum blockchain. When you purchase an NFT, you own the underlying Mars Cat, the Art, completely. Ownership of the NFT is mediated entirely by the Smart Contract and the Ethereum Network: at no point may we seize, freeze, or otherwise modify the ownership of any Mars Cats Voyage NFT.

ii. Personal Use. Subject to your continued compliance with these Terms, Mars Cats Voyage grants you a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, and display the purchased Art, along with any extensions that you choose to create or use, solely for the following purposes: (i) for your own personal, non-commercial use including staking service described below; (ii) as part of a marketplace that permits the purchase and sale of your Mars Cats Voyage / NFT, provided that the marketplace cryptographically verifies each Mars Cats Voyage owner’s rights to display the Art for their Mars Cats Voyage NFT to ensure that only the actual owner can display the Art; or (iii) as part of a third party website or application that permits the inclusion, involvement, or participation of your Mars Cats Voyage, provided that the website/application cryptographically verifies each Mars Cats Voyage owner’s rights to display the Art for their Mars Cats Voyage NFT to ensure that only the actual owner can display the Art, and provided that the Art is no longer visible once the owner of the Mars Cats Voyage NFT leaves the website/application.

iii. Commercial Use. Subject to your continued compliance with these Terms, Mars Cats Voyage grants you an unlimited, worldwide license to use, copy, and display the purchased Art for the purpose of creating derivative works based upon the Art (“Commercial Use”). This does not grant the use of other MCV LLC property such as logos, insignias, names and titles. Examples of such Commercial Use would e.g. be the use of the Art to produce and sell merchandise products (T-Shirts etc.) displaying copies of the Art. For the sake of clarity, nothing in this Section will be deemed to restrict you from (i) owning or operating a marketplace that permits the use and sale of Mars Cats Voyage NFTs generally, provided that the marketplace cryptographically verifies each Mars Cats Voyage NFT owner’s rights to display the Art for their Mars Cats Voyage NFT to ensure that only the actual owner can display the Art; (ii) owning or operating a third-party website or application that permits the inclusion, involvement, or participation of Mars Cats Voyage generally, provided that the third-party website or application cryptographically verifies each Mars Cats Voyage NFT owner’s rights to display the Art for their Mars Cats Voyage NFT to ensure that only the actual owner can display the Art, and provided that the Art is no longer visible once the owner of the Purchased Mars Cats Voyage NFT leaves the website/application; or (iii) earning revenue from any of the foregoing.

Staking Service Description

The staking service on Mars Cats Voyage website is a digital asset staking service (not an investment one), where the owner can stake MCV digital assets for the purpose of gaining staking rewards. Owner agrees to use the service abiding by these Terms. The Owner is only authorized to “stake” their own Digital Assets.

i. Staking limits. The only platform to stake Mars Cats Voyage and Mars Aliens Cats tokens is our website. In order to stake on our website you have to own either Mars Cats Voyage or Mars Aliens Cats NFTs in your Ethereum wallet and keep your NFTs delisted from all marketplaces. This allows us to sent tokens from your wallet to the depository contract, which will own them while the token has a status of “Staked”. After a transaction is done, blockchain immediately shows confirmation in your dashboard.

ii. Staking rewards. While staked your NFTs will generate $MLC on a daily basis. The Owner can claim staking rewards ($MLC) using website dashboard and claiming functionality. After the owner’s staking transfer is processed, it would be confirmed on the blockchain shortly.

The Owner can decide at any moment to stop or renew their digital assets staking.

Support for $MLC has been discontinued. Assets can now be passively staked for $CREAM rewards. See Discord for details.
